Visited the Loft at the Montage in Laguna Beach Friday night for dinner . Even though the company was the best part of my night, the food and the view were also quite enchanting. But the most flavorful thing I had the pleasure of consuming was the Staglin 2005 Cabernet. This full-bodied Cab offers plum and cedar on the nose, followed by blueberries, spicy black currant and hints of earth on the palate.
